Went a size up so it would be loose on my daughter. It's loose but in a way that if she grew any it would be fitted she is thin and not curvey so if your looking for tight that's for you. Not for her though since she likes it loose. She wears it for now. But it's not necessary to show off her stomach and chest. It's good though
